#so i moved from a uniquelt hellish job to a very nice one#and the regulars are good#but new people who just pop into the nearesr coffee shop are like insanely awful#we had someone ger BEHIND the counter and yell in my coworkers face#at 7am#we once didnt mark which drink was which#when they were exactly the same but one was extra sweet#and a dude yelled at us over it#people will come into coffee shops so they can pick fights with you about the cup size#like essential workers my ass#customers treat us like dogs#bosses trear us like dogs#we live like dogs#there are good people but its about strangers treating eachother#and especiallt service workers worse i think#a loss of human connection and empathy that came from a year of isolation
