Today on I’m living in a nightmare world: my IUD has caused me to develop canker sores :/
#never had one before it hurts so much and i couldnt figure out what was causing it none of the causes seemed to match up#then i found out they can be associated with changes in hormones during menstration and ahhhh there we go#since getting the IUD my hormones and periods have been WACK as fuck#and this last one was early heavy and 2 full weeks long so yeah... makes sense#as if constant cramping long heavy periods mood swings worsening depression and anxiety and weight gain werent enough#no my fucking mouth has been hurting for a week#FUCK birth control for men WHEN
