This are the last words of Misha in that bullshit list of excuses for the ending that was about to be inflicted on us Long Road to Home Special.
If I may suggest something, we probably listen to him and write our own endings. I’m very grateful with him for the last 12 years of Castiel, they will never can take HIM from us.
And mostly, I’m grateful with all the people that join me on Kast, hold my hand and went through all that awful experience. Keep coming back despite the room collapsing so many times, listened to my ALL CAPS rants, my yelling and maniac laugh, when my sanity started to collapse after we witnessed that (THE HORROR…😱), but we did it, together.

I think the funniest thing overall.
Is that they had up to 15x18 fully filmed.
Then they were about to start 15x19 and a global pendemic shut them down for 6 months.
I feel like the universe was trying to tell everyone something.
don’t get me wrong this is a cowardly bullshit writing decision but what’s SO fucking funny is that cas ISN’T still in superhell, he straight up is in heaven he just didn’t bother to say hey to dean. my man really sent a risky text and then ghosted his crush. he’s building celestial community housing with his son and not even thinking about dean winchester’s flat ass.

15x20 never happened as far as I’m concerned. Someone described it as an epilogue before it aired & that’s how I’m treating it.
Like, a story shouldn’t end with the end of all the character’s lives - we don’t need to know every damn detail about what happens AFTER the story ends. Leave it to imagination so we can assume their adventures continue on without us there to witness them, give us the room to make up our own ending for their lives. Happy and together as a chosen family. Or whatever else we might want for them.
Leave it be at 15x19 and throw in a line at the end about them getting Cas back, that’s all we needed. And as far as I’m concerned, that’s the ending for me.
