imo there's something especially cruel about pulling the whole "everyone on this website is a socially inept virgin and i am laughing at them for it" thing considering the staggering levels of isolation and loneliness that tend to come with being queer. compounded by various vectors of marginality, compounded by various signifiers that mark one as "socially inept" in the first place. it's just fucking spiteful.
