Honestly, I really like this comic! And that's exactly what I imagined if a sequel to the series came out: Casey kind of doesn't like that the turtles in this timeline aren't the same ones that were in his timeline. That they are different. On the other hand, it is logical. Teenagers will clearly be different from adult 40-year-old experienced men. And that's one of the reasons Casey misses his timeline. In short, cool! I wanted to see something like this. I want a sequel where we travel through Casey's memories!:)

sometimes 'modernized' retellings of fairytales and folklore really are worse. and come from a place of disrespect rather than appreciation of where stories come from. i don't think we need another edgy cinderella story that ignores the fact that the original is essentially wish fulfillment for people in desperate situations. why do you want cinderella to be punished for her optimism and hope exactly, if not to be edgy and kind of annoying about fairy tales
