I was wondering- I placed an order for something now but I have limited finances currently so I will be ordering a bunch more closer to the end of the month- so in the packing process is that gonna list as 2 seperate orders or you just add it up to one package so long all the information is the same?

At that time, manufacturing will begin and, if production goes according to schedule, shipping is expected to commence in November. Hi! I was wondering is there a way to buy not in bundles? I'm interested in some of the 3d merch but not all and would like to get it along the zine, can I do that?

Hello! Unfortunately, due to the sheer size of this year's project and the equally large numbers of orders we typically receive, it's just not feasible to offer an à la carte merch option this time. We have, however, split the merch items up into two smaller bundles to balance practicality with affordability!

I looked at the listing for the tarot deck now that the listings are up and couldn't see any information about the type of cardstock that will be used. Could you add this information to the listing if possible? That way people who intend to actually read tarot with the deck will have a better idea of how it will shuffle and how durable it will be long term.

Hello! Sure thing! Our deck features 350gsm cards with matte laminate and gold gilded edging, pairing durability with luxury. They come in a rigid two lid box, 1200gsm gray cardboard core with 157gsm artpaper covering, gloss laminate, and foil stamp and embossing. The quality of the samples has been phenomenal! Hey dunno if I'm late for the questions but (about the "sign up to not miss the start" thing) how do you know each person that signed up when they will be ordering? Do you check bcs it's the same email address on the order and the "signed up" one or you gotta put it in the notes or smth?

Are pre-orders different from buying the items now? Like payment wise? I don’t normally do online shopping (and shopping in general) so I’m a bit confused.

Hello! The payment for pre-orders is the exact same as if you were purchasing ready-to-ship items. You simply add the items to your cart in the store and checkout using your preferred payment method.

How pre-orders differ is all sales must be completed before the bulk order of goods can be placed. What that means is the funds from all of the orders will be collected between August 1st and September 7th. A bulk order will then be placed with our manufacturers, with shipment beginning in approximately November depending on the speed of production. But this won't affect the purchase process.
