It had been another great evening of pizza and video games, the kind the couple loved to indulge in. Army liked to watch Eli play shooters and be a backseat driver, and both of them liked to play competitive kart-racers and turn up the trash talk for a while.
“I’m telling you, if it wasn’t for that damn banana you threw down, I would have won that race!” Eli shouted playfully as he stood up from the couch and grabbed up the pizza box, pretending to huff.
Stretching out their legs and crossing their ankles, Army gave him a smug grin and folded their arms behind their head, leaning back a little bit on the couch. “Nah, you would have lost anyway because you’re a BAD DRIVER.”
Face reddening a little, Eli huffed and turned away, carrying the pizza box into the kitchen. They knew what they were doing, sitting like that while they teased him. It put their torpedo shaped & sized belly on full display…which, in turn, drove him absolutely crazy.
