Marathon infinity really does put me in the headspace of someone trapped in a timeloop and its so fucked. Im sitting here watching the same mistakes play out over and over with variations and helplessly watching Durandal proudly march to his own death over and over and I can fix this. Thats what this timeloop is for isnt it? Theres something im doing wrong, some way to stop this, im not seeing the end of these timelines, but i gotta try again. Maybe this time it’ll be alright and we’ll both walk away from this and walk off into the sunset with the ending I KNOW was the right one, but just can’t recreate.
