vegan pancakes!! 🥞😋

okay so i tried this recipe and its insanely good!!!

  • 1 small banana - 100 calories
  • 1/2 a cup almond milk (you’ll probably need less) - 25 calories
  • 1/2 a cup flour - around 150 calories (depens on the brand)
  • - a pinch of baking powder - 0 cals
  • optional: i didn’t use any artificial sweeteners cause they taste sweet enough already because of the banana but u can use vanilla extract (calories depend on the brand) but it didn’t make any difference for me

also, they taste really good with some natural yogurt and blueberries, or honey 🍯

(also, finally some low cal vegan pancakes that don’t taste like plain flour)

~ makes around 6 medium pancakes or 3 big ones

each medium pancake: 44,66 calories

each big pancake: 90 calories

So these past few days haven’t been so good. I was sticking to my meal plan for awhile, despite the bloating, cramping, and obvious weight gain that comes along with it. Yesterday and today have been rough food wise, but here’s a recipe that might help others who are in this tough spot in recovery. It won’t cause a panic attack, but it’s higher in calories than nothing.

205 Calorie Chicken Ramen

Ingredients:
  • 1 package of Shirataki noodles or Pasta Zero
  • Any type of broth or bullion cube
  • 1 Chicken Thigh (or breast, depending on preference)
  • 1 tbsp or so of Soy Sauce
  • Hot Sauce (optional)
Steps:
  1. Prep a pot of water and boil chicken thighs until cooked properly, put to the side and slice into strips
  2. (Optional) I pan seared by chicken thighs after they were boiled so the texture of them was better. I did this by heating up a pan until it was piping hot with a small bit of oil in it, then putting them in there and flipping them once a side had been browned.
  3. Open package of noodles, following instructions listed on it
  4. Add noodles to a bowl using a fork, leaving the water inside and boiling
  5. Take 1 cup or so of water from the pot and add the bullion cube
  6. Wait until it dissolves, add soy sauce
  7. Pour water over noodles until covered to your preference
  8. Add chicken and hot sauce, and boom, you’re done!

This recipe is super easy and quick, but also really tasty. I personally don’t count calories, but I guessed for this and the calorie count came out to be around 205 or so, depending on if you pan sear the chicken.

I hope at least one person makes it and enjoys it!

~ LOW CAL! | Chocolate Cloud Cake Recipe ~

Time needed: 75 minutes

Calories: 300 calories for the whole cake

What you need:

For the cake

~ 1 egg

~ 1tbsp cocoa powder

~ 1tbsp cold water

~ 1tbsp ground chia seeds or 1 tsp cornstarch

~ Stevia extract or any artifical sweetener for taste

~ A pinch of salt or lemon juice

For the soufflé

~ 2 egg whites

~ 1 tsp agar extract

~ 200ml water

~ Sweetener

~ Lemon juice

How to:

1. Seperate eggwhite from the egg yolk. Then mix all the cake ingredients together and add the yolk.

2. Whip the eggwhite with a bit of salt or lemon juice until it’s dense and fluffy and carefully add to the cake mixture.

3. Devide the cake mix into two halfes and put them on a baking tray. Let them bake for 10 minutes at 180°C / 356°F

4. For the soufflé, whip the eggwhites with the sweetener and lemon juice/salt until it’s fluffy.

5. Dissolve agar in water and boil for 3-5 minutes, then add to the eggwhites and mix well.

6. Leave one of the cakes in a baking tray and cover it with the soufflé mixture. Then put the other cake layer on top.

7. Let it sit in the fridge or at room temperature for about 40-50 minutes.

Tip: When the cake is finished you can add strawberries or any fruit you want for extra deliciousness!

🍵low cal green tea popsicles🍵

you will need

🍵 2 bags of your green tea of choice (0 cals)

💧water (0 cals duh)

🍋 1 and a half tablespoons of lemon juice (0 cals unless youre using sweetened lemon juice, then it may have calories)

🍯 ½ tablespoon of honey (mine is 30 cals but yours may differ!)

a popsicle mold (these can be picked up at almost any grocery store or on amazon for super cheap!)

how to make them

1. brew your tea according to package instructions

2. mix honey and lemon juice into the brewed tea (you can also add fruits and vegetables like blueberries, cucmbers, or mint!)

3. pour into popsicle molds and put them into the freezer over night!

4. enjoy!!

to calculate the calories

add up the total amount of calories (for me it was 30) then divide it by the amount of popsicle molds (mine has 4)! ex. 30/4=7.5 so each popsicle would be 7.5 calories!

To Get Rid Of The Jello Like Thighs :

100 pillow squeezes

30 side leg lifts (Each side)

To Get That Bubble Butt :

40 butt bridges

25 lying kick backs (Each side)

50 clam lifts (Each side)

20 forward kicks (Each side)

30 knee tucks (Each side)

There is literally no reason why you shouldn’t be doing these workouts ESPECIALLY if you’re in bed. You can do this! You reach that UGW

no bake low cal brownies

yall these are basically protein bars and like i binge on these instead of junk food because SOMETIMES U R SAD AND U GET DUMPED AND U NEED A BINGE OK SJSNDDHDB ANYWAY

ingredients:

- 1 tbsp honey

- 1 tbsp milk

- 1 tbsp protein powder ( or 1 tbsp oats)

- 1 tbsp peanut butter

- ½ tsp vanilla extract

this makes like 4 brownies but like ut depends how u cut them i suppose

if you dont have protein powder or u dont want the excess sugar u can stick some oats in a blender and make oat flour and use that instead (but i find the protein powder has more flavour and fills me up more)

basically just mix the dry and wet ingredients and ull have to see how much u need to put in to make it more of a batter consistency, anf then stick it in the fridge for a couple of hours until its solid but chewy and then ur done lol

its abt 100 calories per brownie but its literally so filling and the protein powder i use is chocolate flavoured cause i dont have any other so it tastes like peanut butter cups lol

Quiet workout routines

I know that a lot of have to be quiet when we try and get exercise, so here are a few different quiet routines for you to do in your room or bathroom, or wherever you will be alone

1. I do this right next to my bed every night, it kinda hurts but it’s worth it

2 minuets of crunches

3 minutes of side leg lifts (per leg), switch legs every 90 seconds

plank for as long as you are able to hold it (of under 45 seconds do it again) calorie count at the end was for 60 seconds

90 seconds of crunches

1 min of Russian twists

90 seconds of push-ups

1 min of regular leg lifts

plank again, but this time for 60 seconds min.

60 seconds Russian twists

and 60 seconds of push-ups (on the knees if needed)

I am 16, female, 134.4 lbs, and 5'6/7 and this burns me about 70 calories

baked tomato - 53

  • 1 tomato (220g) - 39
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar - 10
  • 0 cal oil spray - 0
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste - 0
  • 2 tsp parmesan cheese - 14

preheat oven to 450. line a baking sheet with foil and spray with oil spray. slice tomato and place in baking sheet, drizzle balsamic on top and season with salt pepper and garlic powder. bake for 15 minutes, remove from oven and flip your slices, seasoning the underside. bake for 15 more minutes then remove from oven.

pour off any liquid in your baking sheet and put your oven on broil. broil your tomatoes until browned then flip and repeat. top with parmesan and broil for an additional minute. serve by itself for a nice snack, or on a salad or with mushrooms for a delicious meal. enjoy <3
