hi, i was wondering if you ever feel like you don't have any actual consistent interest, like, something that will seemenly last "forever"???and you kinda just seem to have hiperfixations that will fade away with time(might be weeks, might be months, but they will eventually go away)?? I’ve felt like that before and it’s been a really big struggle of mine. In deep reflection, I realize it’s untrue and that I do have interests. Just because its not as intense as a hyperfixation or I don’t currently feel like doing anything related to it doesn’t mean I don’t like it. You can take breaks from your interests and still like them, and people with and without ADHD do this too. I think its just far more intense for people with ADHD. That can’t always be a thought I can grasp though.
