Art theft in a Discord server

Hello, apologies if this isnt the proper way to contact you, I don't use Tumblr, however I wanted to get into contact with you regarding a server I moderate in that I believe has art theft with one of your drawings. I'd like to ask if you know anyone by the username of T9X? They posted one of your drawings, the lineless styled Kapi drawing iirc, and when I confronted them about it they said their friend and them worked on it and made it back in 2020 or 2021. Obviously I have severe doubts that's the case, as do the team I moderate with, however the mod team ask that I try and get into contact just in the odd case that it's the truth. Again, apologies if this isn't the proper way to contact you, I don't know Tumblr's layout well at all. Take care and have a great week!
