Hello Dearest ! The Brother assumes one is referencing the main ( blurry ) graphics Ve Who Brings Rest uses
To make them , simply enter this website , upload the desired image && adjust how big one wants the border to be , one can even resize the image there ( If one wishes to save the graphic with a transparent background , simply change the file to a PNG in - site && check the "transparent " box )
One can also use this website to add the same border ! The Brotherly One prefers to use the lather , but ve recognizes this one is a lot more straightforward
