are your commissions currently open? i was wanting to commission a full body piece of my vampire the masquerade character just for fun!
Sorry I’m still closed :( I will probably update in september whether or not I’m gonna be opening up again but with uni it’s sadly just not something I’ll have time for anytime soon
#i love doing commissions and I’m really sad i didn’t get to open up again this summer#i just straight up can’t afford it because the money i can charge internet younguns for wizard art is barely enough to compensate my timeToT#but hey I’m gonna study on half time next spring so there’s a pretty big chance I can do some then!

I don’t know if the tumblr algorithm has gone bad again but you’re probably just not seeing any posts because i’m not posting, I’ve barely been drawing this year so this blog goes months between updates, also I’m not all that crazy about tumblr anymore :(

I’ve been thinking of a new commission system, basically the gist is that interested commissioners send me an email with a short description and a reference attached, and i get to decline or accept. But does that sound just super unfair..? My problem is that my drawing times goes up ten-fold when I’m working on something i don’t actually want to draw, so either i overcharge or fuck myself over. Also I feel like I’m wasting my time when i go back and forth with an interested client in my ig dms the whole day and then they’re like “btw he’s a BUGBEAR, jsyk :)”, like ((((::::
I’m getting enough requests and i only have time to do one or two a month anyway, and it just seems stupid to be doing a first-come-first-serve thing when i can do way more art if i take commissions that i think have a sweet concept and are fun to do

What do you charge for commissions?
I do individual price quotes so you can message me with a short description of your character and tell me about what type of commission you want, and I’ll get back to you with a price :))
My favorite commission of all time probably :’) I included the concept art that the commissioner sent me because i thought it would be of interest to you guys :)

A commission for thenorthfour on ig of her characters Jaya and Alex! She wanted me to do tarot-card style illustrations and had some ideas for which cards would fit each character, so I combined two cards! For Jaya it’s Justice and Strength, and for Alex it’s The Fool and The Star. I’m really happy with how the hybrid card idea turned and out and the final colors especially, this was super fun to do! :)
