Been really low frequency lately

Been staying in bed a lot

Moving through whatever this is

End of the year/start of the new year paper jam

Like everything’s on stop

I got Covid a couple weeks ago and it’s been hard to get back where I was physically

Mentally I’m barely there

But it’s getting better

Today’s way better than yesterday and so on

Got a breakfast burrito at El Super with Nick this morning

Laughed a lot

Got tea at Starbucks and made him laugh downtown morning sun on his skin morning breath on both of us

In the bath

Wondering what I should do today

Need to start working again

Set a goal for Friday so let’s just meet that goal and keep going

It’s crazy how you can read people. Most people will tell you who they are with their behavior. The looks on their faces. Body language. Clothing. Tone of voice.

So many people are wildly unhappy and angry. Most of us are. Some of us are enlightened enough to escape that fate. But goddamn, it’s like a war zone out there.

Or maybe there’s not that many of them. Maybe the weight of them makes it seem that way.
