hey pals!! i'm working on a filterable, tagged collection of picrew i like. right now there's about 60 picrew (and other such makers such as those from neka or meiker) in there with tags for things like fashion, hair options, skin colors, specific features like horns or headscarves, and body types. you can search for multiple tags at a time and filter out tags you don't want. the whole thing is organized in a big grid of sample results from the picrew in question, so you can see the style at a glance and click it for more images and the url, but you can change the view and organization system however you like.

i'm hoping this makes it easier for people to find picrew that suit them and their characters, especially in cases where it's unfortunately harder to find certain features like dark skin options and fat bodies.

This is how I feel about Joshua Trees. They and avocado trees produce fruit meant to be eaten and dispersed by giant ground sloths. Without them, the Joshua Trees' range has shrunk by 90%.

Not only they, but the entire Mojave ecosystem is still struggling to adapt since the loss of ground sloth dung. their chief fertilizer.
Many, many trees and plants in the Americas have widely-spaced, extremely long thorns that do nothing to discourage deer eating their leaves, but would've penetrated the fur of ground sloths and mammoths. Likewise, if you've observed a tree that drops baseball or softball-sized fruit which lies on the ground and rots, like Osage Oranges, which were great for playing catch at my school, chances are they were ground sloth or mammoth chow.

Is anyone in Deadpool's universe at all concerned/aware about his fourth wall breaking? I want to know what it's like for the guy who catches metatextual zingers that throws him on a collision course to discover an increasingly horrifying, existence-shattering truth about his reality.
That's the kind of shit I could see as a villain origin story. Having a villain trying to weaponize the medium they are imprinted upon, even.

the rest of the comic run continues to be pretty meta- too much actually, to where itβs overdone- but spβs frustration reaction with it is interesting
