Honestly, I think at Pixelberry they're terrible at communication. Announcing sequels when they're just distant ideas with the tangible risk of leaving the fandom hanging for YEARS and having then to officially cancel them is not the best way to handle it, imo, and at this point they should've learn how to manage it.
Besides, we all know shitty books pay for the good ones, but saying this, implying they make certain (not good) books only to fund the good ones, and consequencially that they work for the fandom is a coward behaviour they can have because the people spending on the books we don't like are not online. They should instead defend ALL their work, because that's what a serious company does.
