it's 2022. donald trump has died in disgrace days after being impeached and jailed. my chemical romance's new album is coming out the same day as the new spiderverse movie. the lizzo and janelle monaé collab song is blowing up the radio. lil nas x has a verse in it. you and your partner have time and energy for dates after work after jeff bezos' assets have been seized and distributed to the public in the wake of his arrest for keeping employees in unsafe working conditions.

Like to charge, reblog to cast.

I'm just going to be patriotic on main for a moment

1995, 2007 and now 2019 Rugby World Cup winners!

Siya Kolisi, the first black captain of the Springboks, in his speech after the game:

I'm so proud 🇿🇦❤

I always thought Yukio was born first

Because I remember Yukio saying Rin was the older twin ‘only by tradition’. I thought he was referring to how with multiple births the first born will be considered younger and the last bor will be considered older.

I as a twin myself have to inform that this is sadly not the case

The one getting out first is sadly the older one

I thought it was an old tradition in Japan. I remember watching a different anime with triplets and they started the birth order was reversed due to the tradition

Am I next?

Following the recent events in South Africa, I am hurt, I am upset, but most of all I am terrified.

I am terrified of being a woman in a country where having a vagina puts you in harm's way.

I'm terrified I will leave home one day and I will never return, or that I will never see my mother, sister, grandmothers and other female family and friends again.

Uyinene Mrwetyana was I 19 college student who went to receive a package from her local post office where she was told to come back at a later time. She did, and she was raped, murdered, and her body was dumped only to be found 2 weeks later.

She did not know the man who raped her. That could be anyone in that situation.

There are so many other documented cases of gender based violence in South Africa and even more undocumented ones. No one is safe.

All that's being done is citizens creating a hashtag and petitions for the death penalty. The only thing the Government has done was tell woman to stand up for themselves.

We have, for the past decade we have. And we are still being murdered, raped. It has happened so often it leaves us wondering
