What the Fuck is JoJo's Bizarre Adventure

I heard about it, and it sounds neat, but I don't exactly have a ton of passion for JoJo atm

Feels weird to end on Pinky leaving and him settling in with these assholes, but at this point, I'm just glad it's over. And that Joshuu still has a shitty little baby arm, that's good to.

So, final thoughts on JoJolion:

In terms of a -/100 rating as with prior parts, we're sitting at a solid 25/100. The early parts had me - there was a mystery, it was engaging, and I legitimately wanted to see what happened next. But then the mystery was solved, and it..... kept going. and going. and going. and as it kept going, the characters became less and less charming, the combats became more and more nonsensical, and after a certain point the characters goals were all just POINTLESS.

Wonder of You was essentially a microcosm of this - it started out interesting, but as soon as they figured out a way around it, it just started pulling out OTHER activation methods and functions, until eventually it just felt like the characters had no real agency in their victory, they just kept doing Stuff until all of a sudden something conveniently worked. And even once they did THAT, the user had the gall to survive being run through a blender, and then the summon had the gall to SURVIVE IT'S USERS DEATH. And for what? To prolong hairball guy's hospital stay? To shown that Unjown can actually direct his last second superpower now? Great, wonderful, real good reason to extend a 25 chapter fight even longer.

On top of that, I gotta ask... what was biting people near the beginning? Who was the person Unjown had a flashback of when he was fighting the surfer dude? I can't recall off the top of my head, but I'm pretty sure there were quite a few other things early on that just never got resolved.

Long story short, this part fucking blows. I hope Part 9 can do better, but I have absolutely ZERO confidence in Araki at this point. Part 7 was pretty weak too imo, so it seems like he's just spiraling at this point.
