WchiWa is an experienced producer and musician, currently based in London UK, with a demonstrated history of working in the audio industry. Learning how to play the guitar at the age of 14 was the catalyst that started his music career. He toured with a few rock & progressive metal bands and started teaching, until switching the focus more on media music. In 2015, he began writing music for short films, at the same time as learning the craft of composition and sound design. Gaining some exposure, he quickly started collaborating with big advertisement brands, for which he composed the music and shaped the sound of their marketing content. Some of the brands include The Brentford Football Club, Renault, Red Bull, Disney Channel, Adidas, Avis and many others. (2015-2021) In 2016 he relocated from Bucharest to London, to pursue a (Hons) BA Music Technology Specialist degree. In the second year, the research was focused on enriching the film music knowledge and experimenting with live electronic music. He partnered with Mi.MU Gloves as a tester, before their commercial release, while implementing the technology in his experimental project. In the last university year, he produced the work ‘’Spatial Dimension In Music’’ which looked at exploring the possibilities of ambisonics in binaural ambient music. This was all done while staying on top of the commissioned audio work, full-time. Fast forward to 2021, WchiWa continues to work with small to big brands in delivering their music & audio needs and producing various artists & singers, the latest release being ‘’The Real Thing’’, showcased in publications such as La Belle Musique, Glide Magazine, From The Strait etc. The everlasting love for guitar is also presently expressed by working as a teacher for Your Guitar Academy and various other top London guitar academies.

Juan was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. At the age of nine he started teaching himself how to play guitar, bass, keyboards and drums; before joining local bands and performing around the country. After studying sound engineering at the Universidad Nacional de Lanús, he worked as a live sound engineer and separately on a number of music productions in his home studio. He also trained as a luthier/guitar technician, building and repairing stringed instruments alongside his father, using his surname Diaco as a brand. In 2014 Juan moved to London to develop his skills and connections. His passion and commitment to music led him to working at guitar repair workshops around the capital city, including Camden Town and the well-known Denmark Street. He repaired guitars for artists like the legendary Jarvis Cocker (Pulp), Mercury Prize-winner Michael Kiwanuka, Grammy-winners Mumford & Sons, and King Krule. He later taught Brit Award-winners Bastille how to play the traditional rhythms of his home country. In 2017, Juan started composing a wide range of music genres under the name of “SEE YOU IN A BEAT” for all kinds of audio-visual media productions, including advertising campaigns for: Samsung, Coca-Cola, MasterCard, Nesquik, Avon and Breil (search for SHOWREEL_SEEYOUINABEAT_90” on Vimeo) At the same time, he played with a host of different bands as a guitarist, and busked around town. Juan was hired to work as a guitar technician at Abbey Road on live recording sessions. During this period spent in the studio, mastering engineer Wharton spotted Juan’s potential and encouraged him to focus more of his attention on writing, releasing and performing his own material as “808G” (search for 808g – glOw on YouTube).

Lewis has had a passion for music and guitars for as long as he can remember. Lewis learnt to play guitar from a tutor and therefore understands from experience the journey of a guitar student. He joined his first band at 13 years old and has since performed and recorded with bands of all genres, from blues to rock and soul to pop and electronic dance music. Lewis has years of experience teaching guitar students of all ages and has a particular skill for encouraging younger students through the early stages of their guitar education. Whilst ensuring a solid foundation in music theory and music technique, Lewis’ curriculum is about enjoyment and instilling in his students the desire to pick up the guitar and play. Through experience Lewis has learnt to tailor lesson plans and content to the strengths and needs of individual students in order to motivate his pupils and promote progress. He has experience preparing students for musical examinations but is equally passionate about teaching those who just want to play, perform, hone their skills and enjoy themselves.

The Chemical Brothers are an English electronic music duo formed by Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons in Manchester in 1989. They were pioneers (along with The Prodigy, Fatboy Slim, The Crystal Method, and other acts) in bringing the big beat genre to the forefront of pop culture. They released their debut album Exit Planet Dust (1995) and it eventually went on to sell over a million copies worldwide. After attracting Virgin Records, the duo achieved more widespread success with their second album Dig Your Own Hole (1997), which topped the UK charts. In the UK, they have had six No. 1 albums and 13 Top 20 singles, including two No. 1 hits.

Their name came about in 1995 after they dropped their original name of “The Dust Brothers” due to the existence of a different band with the same name. “The Chemical Brothers” refers to the duo’s 1993 groundbreaking “Chemical Beats”, which epitomised their genre-defining sound. In the United States, they have won six Grammy Awards including Best Rock Instrumental Performance, Best Dance Recording and Best Dance/Electronic Album of the year as recently as 2020.
