normal wizard tower but with short Baba Yaga style chicken legs. wobbling around all top heavy. the wizard inside muttering anxiously and running from one corner of the room to the other for balance

normal wizard tower but with one large leg and the wizard inside clicked into their seatbelt while the tower travels around like a pogo stick

normal wizard tower but with four wheels like a shopping cart from the supermarket where one is locked at an angle and it makes that god awful squeak. the wizard has to grease them often.

Howl’s Moving Hassle

In Mario Party 4, the Slime Time minigame consists of the player characters being stuck to slime blobs and attempting to break free by running towards the center of the room. The blobs stretch as they keep the characters back.

However, if the game’s internal debug mode is used to start the minigame with no characters selected, the game will still occur as normal, only with the characters being invisible. This will make the minigame appear as though it was a contest between blobs as to which of them can stretch its nose the farthest, as seen in the footage.

seriously wondering if we can seriously call the uk a democracy anymore. we have a prime minister that less than 0.3% of the population voted for, we have a new king that we have no say on, people are getting arrested for protesting against the monarchy under the excuse of ‘offending someone’ and we are effectively having a day of mourning forced upon us for the funeral with important hospital appointments cancelled and people even getting kicked out of holiday lettings for the day. this reads like a dystopian world where a dictator has died, not something happening now in a supposed democratic country

If this was any non-european nation, the us would have already sent thousands of soldiers overseas to take care of them.

lonely girls my beloved. i see you staying in your room, i see you standing in grocery store aisles feeling the sudden wave of isolation wash over you. i understand how badly you want and how bad that makes you feel. i get it. we're not alone. but we are.

To clarify: slavery as "punishment for a crime" is legal across the US. These 5 states are voting on making it ACTUALLY illegal, even in prisons.

These are NOT the 5 states I'd have expected to be on the forefront of "make slavery actually really truly illegal" and it's a GOOD thing they're trying to do.

So go vote if you can.

I am super against light pollution, and have been for decades

but I am also super annoyed by the way it's framed as "without light pollution you can see how beautiful the night sky is" way more prominently than it's framed as "hey, did you ever stop to think of how much energy/resources/money are literally wasted by having so much light shine up into the sky?"

so people get the idea that light pollution can only be remedied by eliminating all night-time light, which would make being outside at night very inconvenient, instead of by making night-time light shine only on the ground where, y'know, the people who need it are

The mildest example of what OP's talking about in Dunedin, Aotearoa:

This is just with the streetlamp equivalent of using lampshades. Imagine what truly directional city lights could achieve?

when you beat tears of the kingdom a message will pop up that says You can now play as Linkle.

Why are so many people convinced that babies are trying to manipulate them? They’re babies. They literally don’t know how to do anything except suck and scream and be confused. They’re not “manipulating” you. They’re experiencing extreme back pain.

Did you know that? That babies get back pain? They can grow over an inch in one day. Their bones are stretching and it hurts a lot and they don’t know why. Give them a break.

Also, people get so mad at toddlers for being upset. The toddlers are the ones who have never been angry before and are learning how to deal with it. You’re the adult who has had decades to learn how to deal with your emotions. Do you expect someone to know how to play piano on day one with no training? No? Then why do you expect the same thing with the entirety of how to be a human? You only think that walking is easy because you’ve been doing it for decades.

If you can’t deal with your emotions about what a freaking toddler is doing around you to the point where you feel that you have to beat them or scream at them, maybe you’re the one who needs to go back to preschool so you can be taught how to use your words.
