The Secret’s in the Telling: Of Mice and (Old) Men, Part Two

Hello :)

I’m not really sure if anyone still cares about this, but I promised my wife that I would finish the sequel this year. So here we are. I apologize for the five-year wait, a lot of things happened and things just got pushed to the wayside. But this is practically done, I’m just doing final edits on the remaining chapters (and epilogue). New chapters will be posted every few days.

Thanks for all the love over the years. I appreciate all the kind messages/reviews <3

Stay safe and healthy, everyone!

you ever talk to man and be like. porn exposure has rotted your brain beyond repair

I'll never understand why in library apps, where all there is is data and no physical copy, there's a wait list for the books.

It's because your library needs to pay for an ebook, whichever can only be used by one user at a time. Publishers have begun to limit the number of copies of an ebook (or audio book) a library can own and how many times they can be checked out, too.

Taking this opportunity to signal boost the ALA (American Library Association) petition to Macmillan Publishers, who are restricting library access to ebooks even more.

They have limited libraries of all sizes to one ebook for the first 8 weeks of a book’s release. It’s awful and profit-grabbing and limits access to people who rely on libraries for content they need or want. Please sign!

And since many libraries offer access to ebooks as part of a consortium or wider system (some as large as an entire state, in my case!), this means that an entire library system can be limited to one copy.

please sign.

YA’LL....

Once the talk of conspiracy theorists — the rich ingesting the blood of the young to foster longevity — is now a reality and an actual business in the United States. Not only is it a business but billionaires are actually admitting their interest in it. Now, even the mainstream media is reporting it.

Peter Thiel, the billionaire co-founder of PayPal and adviser to Donald Trump told Inc. magazine:

“I’m looking into parabiosis stuff, which I think is really interesting. This is where they did the young blood into older mice and they found that had a massive rejuvenating effect. I think there are a lot of these things that have been strangely under-explored.”

As Vanity Fair reports, Ambrosia, which buys its blood from blood banks, now has about 100 paying customers. Some are Silicon Valley technologists, like Thiel, though Karmazin stressed that tech types aren’t Ambrosia’s only clients and that anyone over 35 is eligible for its transfusions.

Aside from the gruesome historical and occult background of such practices, there is literally NO DATA that suggests the process even works.

“There‘s just no clinical evidence [that the treatment will be beneficial], and you‘re basically abusing people‘s trust and the public excitement around this,” Stanford University neuroscientist Tony Wyss-Coray, who conducted a 2014 study of young blood plasma in mice, told Science magazinelast summer, as reported by Vanity Fair.

#STAYWOKE

I told you they’d be into cannibalism next. America is literally, and actually a actual literal death cult in fact. Murderers are worshipped and their murder is called service. They produce atrocities at weapons manufacturing companies that kill mountains of children.  Now they can install a drainage system under foreign neighborhoods and when they bomb children they can collect all the blood! nah its not organic if its tainted with uranium tipped missiles.

Y’all late

White people have beeeeeen doing this. I mean literally every famous european bitch or fairy tale does this shit.

Like, invest in a good sunscreen for fucks sake

I mean…they’ve been reporting on Thiel’s lust for young blood for a while now. Half a season of Silicon Valley made fun of it, and Thiel has repeatedly laughed away suggestions he wants to stay young through the use of blood transfusions (but he absolutely does).

It’s just people tend to be wary on reporting on him and these practices directly and the shit he pulls because, you know, he bankrupted a media company one time and has made it clear he’ll gleefully do it again.
