I wanna say Henry or someone might of made him question himself. After his wife left him for his suspicious behavior and refusing to elaborate everything to her, he was able to fully explore himself. I picture him dabbling into the community of that era, doing meet ups and visiting bars. He'd find peace and solace with himself and his queerness eventually.
the modern era's acceptance makes him happy and proud. He'll mention it frequently, he'll cry when he sees gay people on tv.

aww, I like to think Springtrap might of had a stuffed bear or rabbit as a child. he still thinks old plushes are cute
Alex might of maybe had a dinosaur or something similar, but would pretend like he's too cool/ect for cute stuffed animals. but deep down he still likes them lol

Alex usually sits on the couch in the living room until it's time for bed. Likes to watch stuff and chill out.
Springtrap is about the same but I can see him enjoying a den room or something similar for a bit. He enjoys fire places. Maybe one day they can have an actual home instead of an apartment

Springtrap is old though and has a lot of interests, he'd definitely be interested in tech-related or hobbyist magazines

Yeah Alex has an overbite/buck teeth, something I've had Springtrap comment on before. I try to make them somewhat pronounced to fit with his design.
It's to give him this ratty, lanky look, but yes it's also to make him somewhat of a parallel to Springtrap as well

asking alex to read a book is expecting a bit much out of him LMAO but I can see him maybe enjoying a steven king novel, if he was pressured into reading something. He'd jokingly cite a book he was read growing up as a joke though, if he was asked, like "uhhh One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish"
Springtrap is a heavy reader. Needs his morning paper, reads a lot of fiction, reads a lot of technical/electronics/engineering stuff. I think he'd read cheesy/steamy romance novels when he's alone, especially queer ones lol. He doesn't work, he can have his downtime from cleaning/ect to sit in his silk robe and read a goofy romance novel or two. Some tea and biscuits with it. I'm not sure EXACTLY what his favorite book is sadly, but he's fairly open-minded to suggestions.

oh this is a good question lol
Alex would have to practically pry Spring 's birthday out of him, Springtrap/William doesn't want all the fuss. But Alex definitely would spoil him. He'd make sure he'd get him a nice gift, something meaningful. Then would get some take-out so he doesn't have to cook, make him relax for once, and let him do whatever he wanted to do. Everything would be on the table (including on the table)
Springtrap would pamper him. He'd ask nonchalantly what flavors of cake he likes (Alex would be clueless why he's asking) and bake him one, make him a nice dinner, that sorta thing. I can see him making gifts himself or doing favors since he cannot show his love through buying things like Alex can.
