I actually just realized something. The 4 genies in their therian forms represent the 4 Chinese symbols.
Tornadus is a suzaku, landorus is a byakko, thundurus is a seiryuu, and enamorus completes the quad group with it resembling a genbu.
Left to right, top to bottom: Suzaku (Bird), Byakko (Tiger), Seiryuu (Dragon), and Genbu (A Genbu is a turtle being wrapped by a snake).
