It's real life images that are being removed from tumblr. later in the details of the update it states nsfw art, written, sculptures, and the like are fine. so long as it isn't real life people, with the exception of medical, political, or post-mastectomy or gender confirmation surgery stuff. It's just the real life people porn they are banning.
