I saw so many openly queer people, so many outwardly trans people at the MCR concert, but you know what REALLY struck me?
How many disabled people I saw. Around every corner, wheelchair users, people with walkers, crutches, canes, walking support boots. I was far from the only person with a cane there. I was worried I would stand out but I saw more mobility aids at that concert than I’d seen anywhere else in my life, including at hospitals.
Like people had canes that matched their outfits like full hardcore goth looks with fishnets and platforms and dramatic makeup with glossy black canes w stickers on them and floral canes and fun patterns and I even saw one that had a diamond pattern that matched the person’s fishnets and no one seemed worried it didn’t go with their outfit like I had been before I left (I almost didn’t bring my cane, SO glad I did)

@mautlin Those are two different ladies and two different dogs. The dogs fur marks are different and the ladies face types are different as well. It’s not the same lady. And if it really is the person who did the photoshop is truly amazing, look at how the arms touch in the middle. And look at the both of the dogs’ foreheads, the markings are different!

…what do you think this is supposed to be a photo of? The dogs have different fur because one dog is made out of yarn. The women have different faces because, again, one woman is made out of yarn. There is no photoshop involved, just a lot of yarn.

- you can make anything a chair if you staple a cushion onto it and then sit on it
