for world mental health day i decided to do a coming out of sorts to try and reach out to those who may be feeling/have felt this way. i’ve been struggling with being outright with this for a while but i figure if i could let even one person know that they are not alone, it’s worth it. please, take care of yourselves. you are your own biggest ally.
