Honestly I think it might be one of my best vids that I've ever done (and I certainly got it finished the fastest) - but it helps that I had such great raw material to work with.
look, I know that everyone brings their own baggage to their responses to fiction and fictional characters, but sometimes I wish people would own that a little more. like, sometimes you can say “I don’t like this character because they remind me of people I had bad experiences with” and not pretend that you have some kind of objective understanding of the true meaning of the work and what the character is really about

A problem I have when reading romance novels is I cannot empathize with disliking someone but finding them attractive regardless. If I dislike someone I'm like "You are like a wadded up ball of sweaty socks and I want you to burn in a pyre, undying and screaming for days"
"He infuriated her, though she was willing to admit he was a handsome man" I couldn't begin to tell you what the people I dislike look like because I see red instantly. If you were like "Is he the blond one" I'd be like "idk he's the one who most looks like he should die"
