oops.. it’s been a while. Have a safe and Happy Halloween folks (should you choose to celebrate it in some form or another this year). :)
Whaddya think bout dat "sing" movie
I didn't think I "wouldn't" like it, but I didn't expect myself to love it as much as I have!If I had a chance to see it in it's full quality glory in theaters I would have, but I more or less have watched the majority of it somewhere and it is fantastic. And I catch myself listening to the same few songs from the movie several times every other day!
how long have you been drawing/how long did it take you to become such a great artist¿
Come this March, it'll have been seven years! OOF does time fly!And I wouldn't consider myself to be 'great', hehe, but definitely proud of how far I've managed to come since day one! Just constantly practice and the progression comes at it's own pace!
I bet these two like to meet up occasionally and try out each other's products.
I remember following you back in 2014, you had some mad talent. But may I ask, what exactly made you loathe the fnaf games?
Art tracing, the handful of attempted impersonations on some accounts, etc. etc.Probably petty to still be upset about that stuff, but meh, I've already gone through the whole spiel in the past on multiple occasions already. Happened when I started drawing art of the game, just didn't appreciate it, now I can't help but to feel more 'meh' about the game.I still like it and all, the characters and art of them are neat to see. But I sure as hell don't come back to it myself often. :P
I may not be too alive over here still, but I’m still doing things, I swear, haha!
I did this sometime last month. A quick doodle of a certain character from a certain game I may forever still loathe a bit for reasons. But oh well, the characters are still cute. X)

(Sorry it’s been a long while, Tumblr! Like I often mention, my primary place to post art these days is my Twitter. :’D Figured I’d post this quickie I drew last night over here though! Kangaskhan’s always been a personal favorite. <3)

Soo, apparently this drawing may be shown on TeenNick either tonight or tomorrow night (Sept. 10/Sept. 11) on their nightly cartoon segment, The Splat! Apparently sometime during the CatDog hour, which is from 11pm-12am (EST). Still really flattered they wanted to reach out to me to have this shown. Gonna be kinda weird for me to see, but also excuse to watch this only toon again after so long!
Hi Orlando! Do you have a favorite artist of the TV shows?
Hiya! And can't say I could ever narrow it down! Partly 'cause I'm not too well aware of many artists in the industry that may have worked on certain episodes or whatever I've happened to adore. One name that always pops into my head whenever this question gets asked, though, is Sibsy (as many may know her as). She's worked on Ed, Edd, n Eddy, MLP, and LPS from what I've recalled and I really like those. :)
don’t even try to tell me tonight’s episode did not make you think of this
Why don't you do Patreon? You could just charge $1 with no reward and use it as a tip jar.
I.. technically do, hehe. Specifically for that purpose. ^^; I just don't really advertise it.I have been trying to make an effort lately to post an occasional thing there at least once a month if I can remember since it still feels really weird for me to accept the occasional random tip, though.
Hey orlando I know u don't like chipper and nibbles. But can u draw them one last time. Cause ur drawing with them is not that bad. Please me and others would like 2 see that !
I never said that I didn't like them...?And I know it's been.. years now? Since I've probably drawn anything FNAF, what with all the dumb art stuff that happened, but I'd still prefer not to touch up on that again. Flattering as it is anyone still happens to remember those two silly creations of mine, I don't want to deal with the potential trouble it'd bring again.... Granted, yeah it is all silly fan creation and I guess others get excited, but.. still, no. It's impressive I was even caught up enough at shipping Chica and Foxy to the point I even did that. :USorry to disappoint, but. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Just me.
I really want to be a storyboard artist myself but I am I but younger than you..*cough cough like two years* can you give a youngster some pointers on art?
Hehe, I wish you great luck in your endeavors too!
Ironically enough, I still have yet to really put forth more effort in making storyboards, or really trying to tell a ‘story’ through a scene of gestures/drawings. From what I’ve seen though, that’s not necessarily a ‘start’ you have to make when it comes to wanting to be a storyboarder.
Life/gesture drawing especially is the way to start. Before you try to put yourself in a position where you want to tell stories through drawings, you have to work on portraying expression through character poses/postures alone after all. :) Facial expressions too are a way to go as well.
Ironically this is something I’ve been slacking up on lately with my anatomy (observational drawings and all) and I need to work on it, but the lessons I’ve taught myself with doing it initially have helped me in bettering my poses with characters and really conveying emotions (at least I think so).
I want to emphasize too I’m not speaking on behalf of people that happen to be in a storyboard position, since (again) I myself am not one, and I don’t know the process that goes with landing a job as one. But from what I’ve seen, work on conveying expressions and emotions through characters in still images alone as a start. Then work your way up to doing more.
... And of course, as is the typical (but true and crucial) artist tip; practice practice practice!!
