i still remember starting this game just before my high school exams and being the absolute completionist that I was (and still am) I had to marathon through the whole game before starting revision lmao and that stress was intense man
and I still remember being obsessed with the soundtrack for the longest time
the sheer amount of nostalgia and excitement I'm experiencing right now is making me feel 10 years younger lmao
have not been so excited about anything since my teens or early 20s probably

IVE MET 4 VILLAGERS IN THE LAST 2 DAYS AND NONE OF THEM WERE CUTE. PLS
i got Olaf, Al, Eugene and Elvis, in that order. i know i got lucky with my first batch of villagers (canberra, snake, audie, lolly, hornsby) but JESUS are the other ones UGLY.
olaf was my first campsite visitor so i had to invite him. he kinda reminds me of manny delgado and part of me vibes with this quaint loser so i wanna be nice to him, BUT he aint no raymond 😭
i also ended up inviting elvis cuz i dont have a cranky villager yet and i didn’t want to waste any more miles, but im kinda regretting it…
i’ve never forced a villager to leave so we’ll see how it goes…

also since my last post, canberra has moved out and yuka (one of the few likable snooty villagers), lily, clay and shari have moved in. i’d say i’ve had really good luck so far except with shari. hope i get a cool campsite visitor or she asks to move away soon...

Pigeons have the same cognitive capacity as five year old humans, and have been documented taking advantage of our transportation systems to commute back and forth from foraging grounds farther than they could have easily flown, at a much lower energy cost.
They know the times, which trains go where, where all the best food stops are, and which stop is theirs.
And they tend to be model passengers, taking their seats under the big human seats, and politely filing out at their work and home stops. ^v^
