Hello I found these children in the trash, will someone please take them home? As I may have mentioned in a very recent post: I stinkin LoVe Splatoooooon. We’ve got inklings from squids, and octolings derived from a race of sentient wall-eyed tentacles, so why not take that other fishy race of mindless wall-eyed Salmonids and give em the playable crust-punk seagoblin treatment? I’m far from the first to draw a Salmonling, but I had to throw my hat in because the vibes are too good 🙌 I love my hateful dirty babies with a fierce and smelly love, please love them also.

I’ve been a fan of Gabo’s work for a while now, and wanted to take the opportunity to get my monster muscles moving again and pay tribute to some of their excellent design work. Picking a design to paint was the hardest part- so many good shapes and great anatomy- but Pint’s face-at-the-end-of-his-enormous-maw hook was just too good to pass up.

High time for another Dragon, don’t you think? One of my all time favorites from the bunch of concepts I got to do for the Spyro Reignited Trilogy was Devlin! He’s a big earnest marshmallow and he baked a magical, continuity-bending cake for the occasion :D
