Very patiently waiting for yums
When my grandmother was still with us she used to offer us some very interesting bits of old wives tales. One thing that she always used to tell us is that while grooming, if a cat’s paws went around their ear it meant that it was going to rain. If the eat sticks to the head (like what’s happening here) then it means there’s going to be a bad storm coming. So you can imagine our absolute terror when we saw Lily with not one but BOTH of her ears flattened against her head.
Lily’s a pretty accurate weather cat. Whenever her paw goes around her ear, the next day it rains. The day after this picture was taken we had snowfall. There’s a higher power at work here.
My mom has a betta fish called Louis Ralph and he’s been sitting in a tank on the kitchen counter. The other day I moved all his things in to a bigger tank and kept him in a vase while I was doing that. Diesel found him.
It was Lily’s turn to help me with the GoPro today.

I recently got the GoPro Hero 5 Black and have been fiddling around with both the settings and the accessories for it. Diesel is helping (Lily is afraid of the camera for some reason).
Can anyone give me some tips on filming and taking pictures with this camera? Such as how to get rid of that annoying white noise sound?? I’ve got the basics down, and I want to have it figured out before a big trip I’m taking later this year.
Lily gets the bed during the day, Diesel gets it at night. The bed is pretty big, but apparently not big enough.
