While I don’t ever see myself being in one, I love the idea of queer-platonic relationships. I love that they give aspec individuals who are interested a way to indulge in relationships that can be molded and shaped into anything. I love that there are no expectations of what it needs to be or what specific things need to happen. I love that every person has the opportunity to make it fit to their own needs and wants. I love how aphobes get so angry about relationships that don’t fit their inherently-romantic standards. QPRs just simply are, and no one can mess with them. I love that. Shoutout to people who are in/want QPRs, especially those whose relationships look very different from the amatonormative standard. Y’all really rock for saying “screw you” to romantic relationship norms and making it work by creating your own instead!
Allo people never even seem to realize how pervasive romance is in virtually every facet of our lives. I go to the hairdresser, and she asks me if I'm married. I go to work, my coworkers play matchmaker. I turn on the radio, a love song is playing. I turn on the television, a love story is being depicted ad nauseum.
I once had an argument with my sister about how often songs are about romantic love, then annoyed the shit out of her by pointing it out every time for the next hour when another love song started playing.
I would kill to live in a world where romance isn't so inescapable, but since I can't reach that dream, I'm going to continue to annoy the shit out of everyone by pointing it out, godbless. <3

2022 fan art of the Great Ace Attorney. Despite having finished the game a little over a month ago, the Great Ace Attorney is still on my mind. Tried to draw a quick ensemble, but it still took forever. This didn't start out inspired by Spy x Family, but it kind of worked out in the end: Lawyer x Family.
