I wish the Crystal Gems would wear more skirts. They just look so cute in them.
I'd love to see an anime about a magical girl who uses her new powers to take revenge on those she hates. A main character like Light Yagami is what magical girls nowadays need.
With all sincerest honesty, Utena and Anthy are my ultimate relationship goal. I’m so similar to Anthy, I have to smile at everyone and keep my feelings inside. I’ve always had to do what others said and wanted because sadly someone has always had control over me. I dream of the day my Utena will come and tell me what I want and what I like are just as valid as to what others are. I want to wake up one day and be able to have that person who I can depend on and know I’m safe with and vice versa.
S3 of Winx Club was pretty much what s2 wanted to be but failed. S3 had more focus on Layla, a lot cooler sick new powers, and Valtor was a much more interesting villain than Darkar.
To my mind, the best magical girl parody is Butt Attack Punisher Girl Gotaman.
I love the sound effect when Eternal Sailor Moon assumes her finishing pose. It's so elegant and grand. It's like the sound of a goddess appearing haha!
The story of Magical Girl Rising project was generic and predictable, but at least the designs were very nice. I specially liked Cranberry's and Nemurin's outfits.
Tokyo Mew Mew was the first anime I ever watched, and I'm super glad it ended up helping me find other magical girl anime.
I genuinely dislike Sailor Venus. It's not just that she's my least favorite. I have an aversion to her and I have no idea why.
I'd really like to see more magical girl media with a mix of girls and boys, or yuri and yaoi, or different races/religion. The world isn't all the same, so why should their world be? I think diversity would be a nice change, and it's just not right IMO if there's, for example, one dark-skinned character and the rest are white.
I have adopted Madoka Magica as my religion. I want to become part of Madokami's staff when I die, or be reborn
while i'm enjoying the clear card arc being released for cardcaptor sakura i can't help but hope sakura is eventually going to get a new star staff or get her old one back because it would otherwise create some major plot holes for tsubasa and holic that i don't want to wrap my head around trying to solve
I'd like Nintendo to make a new magical girl IP. The fact is, they don't see interested in bringing Panel de Pon to the west, and it'd be fun to see what they would do.
I once had to be driven to the hospital due to blood loss that was making me lose consciousness. I only was able to stay awake the whole ride through by quietly singing Ever Blue to myself so I could have something to concentrate on.
I miss seeing magical girl anime merchandise in US stores. I remember when Cardcaptors was popular, there were CCS merchandises at Target (which is where I got the Clow Book from). I know they don't sell them anymore for obvious reasons, but I still miss the days when I could just walk into a physical store for anime merchandise and not have to buy online and pay for shipping.
I feel bad about it, but I was never able to actually get into Madoka Magica, though I do love the designs.
I love LoliRock's whole magic circle thing it reminds me of something from fairytail
Miraculous, Mermaid Melody, Sailor Moon,....I suppose I have a thing for "unknown secret identities" ships o_0
I wish more people remembered Utena Revolutionary Girl as a magical girl show... Sure, it's a take down of fairytales and more than a bit bizarre, but is a magical girl show all the same
