that always annoyed the shit outta me ngl, my current job keeps promising me to move me up but they move/hire other people up instead while im stuck here and it's so infuriating as hell.

i'm happy you were able to get outta that, im still kinda struggling to get outta it cuz places won't give me a chance or just don't care </3 i'll keep trying tho

id rather you have cringy but honest interests than try and act like everything youve ever loved was in an ironic way cause you think that love for simple or useless or silly things is beneath you . pathetic! embrace existence with both hands coward

sometimes working as a host in a restaurant is so frustrating. you're constantly having to please people from guests/customers, to servers, to managers, to kitchen, constantly belittled for your skill or never given enough to better yourself at work, and it's even more annoying when you're never given the option to move forward in your work.

being a host for so long and never given the option to be a server or to move up is just exhausting and frustrating, especially when there are ppl who keep constantly asking you "why aren't you a server???" like gee i wonder that myself

and when i go to a new place to start, im never given the option for server and i stay stuck as one while others younger than me get to move up so quickly w/o issue.

hosting is just so....Ugh
