Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter
- 1 and 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 8 oz bag of potato chips
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Cream butter and sugar together
- Beat eggs and vanilla extract into the creamed butter and sugar
- Fold in flour and baking powder
- Fold in half of the crushed chips and all of the chocolate chips
- Chill dough
- Roll dough in crushed chips
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes

Lost our boo today. Turns out she had lung cancer and it was really bad. Probably had been developing since December and we only just hit the worst of it this last week. Instead of prolonging her suffering and difficulty with breathing, we let her go, even though it was the hardest thing we've had to do.
