Happy Easter. You should have killed me when you had the chance, I promise you will not get another.
i like music where the guitar sounds like it's having a mental health episode
had a dentist appointment today... i took the day off because I knew i was gonna do the happy gas... because whenever i go on the gas i forget what it's like to perceive time in a human meat body... my appointment was literally the shortest amount of time while simultaneously spanning the entire history of the universe and beyond
Anonymous hate coming your way! Beh bleh how dare you do the thing, I hope you get fangoriously devoured by a single Speckled Tortoise! Your favourite band was better before I noticed how political their lyrics were! Bleh!
If this were real hate... it'd be time for mick foley facts!
Mick Foley is an american wrestler best known for his tenure as WCW wrestler. His most popular characters at this time being Cactus Jack and Mankind. He's also known for doing a voice on Avatar the Last Airbender. During a match against Big Van Vader, his ear was torn off. When given the choice to either reattach his ear or figthing in Slamboree 1994, Foley chose to come on and slam and welcome to this slam. Mick Foley doesn't believe in semi-colons, he feels if you have more to say commas work and if you don't, "put a period on the fucker and call it a day."
And those were your Mick Foley Facts of the day
these people tell on themselvesss like they’ll swear up and down that skincare is about ✨self care✨ and 🌱health 🌱 and 🤍 pampering yourself 🤍 and not an obsessive fear of aging and ugliness that’s being exploited by a 100 billion dollar industry, but if you express any modicum of surprise or exasperation or disinterest at their nightly twelve-step routine, they’re like shut up you ugly wrinkled dusty hag. umm okay patrick bateman but i thought it was about self care not beauty 🤔

What anxiety? I have CHEEKBONES!
I think I'm in love?
a real american hero
This has a real Clone Wars Obi-Wan Kenobi energy to me.
The man is lovely but it’s the voice, the voice, the voice.
You can tell this child is a Demon by the full size hall gate
People were saying Dakota Johnson shouldn't do a period piece bc she looks like she knows what an iPhone is but I feel like theoretically if I were an actor I could do period pieces. I feel like my face fits in a period piece for some reason.
Okay so now everyone answer. What decade/century do you think your face belongs. I'm gonna go for myself, late 1800s
Just saying, maybe don't encourage gender/sexuality minorities/women to hang out with their cis/straight/men oppressors? Like I guess the sentiment is fine, but it's unsafe in practice.
Strong 7/10 bait.
Things I liked:
- Passive aggressive tone sets the mood well.
- Doesn't waste time
- Gentle tone contrasts well with the deliberate misunderstanding of oppression
- "I guess the sentiment is fine but it's unsafe in practice" is an excellently dismissive closer, and would contrast well with a bite.
- Overall excellent control of tone. Not too batshit but not too confusing.
Things I didn't like:
- My only real criticism is I feel like you played it a bit too safe.
- I feel like you coulda pushed it a bit further, you've got the control to aim a bit higher.
- Maybe an accusation or comparison? Like, imply that I'm a "collaborator" or "complicit" in some way.
the best first date question is obviously "as a kid did you ever just like, burn things". you will be able to gain everything you need to know from their answer or even just their immediate reaction

AMERICAN SPOTTED, EVERYONE POINT AND LAUGH
I like to joke and say I like Hob a normal amount and no I'm definitely not obsessed or anything but like
This man
"everything's changing!" "I got so much to live for!"
Stories about immortality usually make never dying a way to win. But Hob never wanted to win, he wanted to live because he loved life! He loved being human in a human world!
Especially when you contrast his story with both the Burgess, who wanted immortality as a way to gain/maintain power
I love Hob so much! This man decided he wasn't going to die until he had experienced everything and not once, highs or lows, did he ever stop being in love with life!
“how long have we been mutuals” I don’t know. forever. three minutes. since before the world began.
persuasion (2022) screamed cried threw up for nearly two hours trying to ingratiate itself with the viewers kicked yelled punched walls trying to be relatable and quirky and modern and then fell as flat as a pancake and in general failed spectacularly and not only that it also made it apparent it didn't trust or even respect its source material meanwhile emma (2020) just showed mr knightley's bare ass 8 minutes in and was like there. there's your subversion of the buttoned-up nature (figurative and literal) of regency drama
I guess if that’s where you have the room but who puts their books in the dining room
licherally cannot explain to adults these days that im actually so cool with the idea of being "just an employee" somewhere as long as i am paid enough to live comfortably and i also like the job. "but dont you want to be rich?? dont you want to always be striving for more???" like that sounds EXHAUSTING and i like having friends so
