Around the middle of last year I started running a weekly zoom drawing session for our team at work, to try and break up the monotony of quarantine work-life, and keep everyone connected. We’ve been doing it regularly ever since, and each week, one of us takes on the task of curating a photoset around a specific theme. It’s been a ton of fun, and incredibly inspiring to learn from and hang out with our coworkers at a time when we desperately need more personal interaction. https://www.instagram.com/p/CKiUyqGj4yp/?igshid=1nrwmz72wykqu

Sit/Stand Animation Desk
I decided to start the new year with an upgrade to my animation desk. I had been working standing up for the last couple of years, and it's been great for my back and shoulders, but sometimes it's nice to have the option to sit down from time to time! so I built this "Sit to Stand" desk with motorized legs from Autonomous. It took about 2 weeks overall for the entire build.
These are some of the tied-down roughs I did on “Werner Werman” - the cat and mouse level in Cuphead.
This was a fun challenge to animate and work out the offset timing of the 3 heads.
Excited to be taking part in this upcoming group show at @sketchpadgallery - Show opens on Sat Feb. 11th, 4pm to 8pm
Got to shoot some stop-motion cut-out animation for Cuphead last week. This game is pulling all the stops!
If you live in LA, go play the latest demo at E3 next week!
