I live in Venezuela, I’m a 19 years old girl. This country is going through an economical, humanitarian and political crisis. The situation is so deplorable that it’s gotten to the point where my family and I can no longer afford the three meals of the day. My grandparents don’t have their medicines and I had to drop college because it’s so expensive and we need the money to buy food. I’m trying to escape the communism in the most honest way i could find. Please, please if you can share this post or donate to my campaign, I would be so appreciative. I’m so sorry I have to make this post, but I’m really desperate. Even a single dollar could change my life, please.

lots of therapy and love and practice!! you have to be patient with yourself. learn to trust and forgive yourself. you will be okay. go seek help from people you love or trust or people who are trained to help if you need to! it’s not a sign of weakness if you’re getting help. it means you’re strong and you know you’re doing what is best for you
