( in that Doffy does so because he’s not above bending when he knows it’s worth it and Viola? She’s definitely worth it. Plus he desperately has to make sure everyone is where he wants them on his stage, even when it all backfires destructively. He wants to be truly loved by her but that’s impossible and some part of him deeply hates it. He can be a gentleman to her but that doesn’t mean he’s a gentle man.
And Viola, that she can make this monster weak for her that she can control one thing- this one thing that he doesn’t already control and it makes something in her love that bit of power. Something she’s not sure was always there in her and that might scare her abit. ( and of course Doffy enjoys asserting everyone is a puppet to their own nature )
They both know what they really are. They both know it’s not real, they both know it could never become real. But they can pretend while it lasts. )

I’m not sure what came over me but I did 4 comics in a relatively short amount of time for how long it takes me to make anything these days. Two of said comics are the longer kind. I’m hoping to get those last two out by Sunday so I can prepare mentally for school to start.
I also kind of don’t want this momentum to stop tho? I’m getting so much done and it’s…its really great. Projects that I felt I had no energy for are being crossed off the list as I go along.

I wondered what if Doflamingos internal organs were permanently damaged from Laws gamma knife attack? He was holding his insides together with his strings and continued to fight that way, I’d be doubtful if there wasn’t permanent damage.
He could keep the coat ( because it’s too fun to draw ) but she made him dress like a semi normal person before taking her anywhere. An errand that she volunteered him for. (I dunno why I start something sometimes and it turns into more of a project than I expected )

The ptsd which he thinks is worse than everyone else’s who’s ever lived ever specifically BECAUSE it’s his own pain??? ( and I dunno about the whole SMILE thing that just seems like a thought from the translator )
And that Viola had a ‘love and hate’ relationship with him??? I knew they had a complex adult relationship too adult for the manga as Oda said but that was all he rlly said. I have some theories on that and yes they’re all not pretty yes

This was from the latest one piece academy chapter, and the basic translation is these girls are asking Joker for a picture and he’s like - a photo?
And the atmosphere gets tense for two panels before he goes: Ok just one!
And the girls are saying: so kind! Joker!
And sanji then tries to take pictures with the girls as well but they turn him down and when he’s lamenting on the next page zoro tells him he doesn’t have charisma.
( …Doffy wouldn’t survive on social media jezus gets canceled daily while screaming he’s a god, he’d loose his mind )
