A sneak peek at late communist architecture, before and after what you've seen in media. You can also see what a lot of artists would be employed doing, under a communist regime. The majority of public buildings, built in the period, have a variety of such wall paintings in corridors and large halls. A lot of them still remain to this day in various conditions of disrepair. This particular building was meant for an annual party meeting. Being built 74-81, that function didn't survive even a decade, making this a popular destination for better informed tourists, and road clubs, the particular country's most numerous urban explorers, instead.
