The Cathedral of Valladolid - known as "La Inconclusa", is perhaps not the most famous in #CyL , but it is one of the most curious, due to its sober aesthetic, differing from other contemporary cathedrals. Its construction is a succession of frustrated projects that could never be finished, resulting in a half-built cathedral and a collegiate church that aspired to more than it became. Without a doubt, an essential monument to visit on any trip to #Valladolid #cathedrals #spain #castillayleón #catedraldevalladolid #lainconclusa⛪️ #pucela #valladolidespaña #valladolidspain (en Catedral de Nuestra Señora de la Asunción de Valladolid) https://www.instagram.com/p/CcKoWQatgGc/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

The oldest district of Córdoba and one of its essential visits is undoubtedly ‘La Judería’. Located in the heart of the city, the Jewish quarter is a labyrinth of narrow and cobbled streets where you can review the history of Córdoba and understand the lifestyle of the three cultures that coexisted for centuries: Christians, Jews and Muslims. #córdoba #cordobaespaña #cordobaesp #cordobaspain #visitcordoba #cordobacapital #lajuderiacordoba #jewishquarter #cordobaturismo #cordobacity #córdobaentretodos #cordobazo #cordobaver (en Barrio de La Judería- Córdoba, España) https://www.instagram.com/p/CXtlIrfNaH-/?utm_medium=tumblr

Gastronomy of Córdoba

Due to its geographical position, Cordovan cuisine is based on the products of both the Sierra (the hilly region to the north) as well as the Campiña (the river valley). The Sierra region provides game and livestock, whereas the Guadalquivir river valley area provides olive oil, vegetables and Montilla-Moriles wine, all essential ingredients in the local cuisine. Fresh fish is brought from the…

Mosque-Cathedral of Córdoba 🕌: Perhaps the most iconic monument in the entire city. Built in 785, this temple became one of the most beautiful examples of Islamic art. And it is that, with its cultural mix, it has become a unique piece of architectural art; since, its arches and columns shelter inside the vestiges of a Christian cathedral in the center. A truly impressive monument, which overwhelms us with the amount of detail around it. www.cyndivision.com #córdoba #cordobaespaña #mezquitadecordoba #españa #andalucía #spain #surdeespaña #visitcordoba #cordobaesp #cordobaspain #cordobaarchitecture #romanoscordobeses #juderia (en Mezquita-catedral de Córdoba) https://www.instagram.com/p/CXrXtzQtwzu/?utm_medium=tumblr
