what's a good fall starbucks drink that doesn't taste like a candle and doesn't have any god forsaken foam on top?

turns out it's a grande iced oat milk shaken espresso (no classic) with 3 pumps of white mocha, spiced apple drizzle and cinnamon powder 🤎🍂

how do you know what to write in a journal? like, how do you organize it so every thing doesn't get mixed up (or maybe you prefer this?) idk but i don't n want to mix things like gbratuity and pockets of peace with my rants

you don't have to put everything in one place! seaweed kisses on youtube separates hers by types of "friends." or in other words, you can have different notebooks for different roles. for example, a journal that can serve the role of a therapist (in it, write things you'd want to discuss regarding your mental health); a journal that serves as the universe for your manifestations, dreams, gratitude, etc.; a journal that is an outlet for rambling and venting; a journal that is like your best friend who gets updated on your everyday happenings, and so on.

will you pursue a career in mental health since you have bachelor in psych? or what do you plan to do w that?

I have no idea what I'm doing. but I am having fun in the meantime

If you are beginning your semester of school this upcoming week or sometime soon; I am wishing that you transition smoothly into your academic environment. I hope that you develop comfortable relationships with your professors and instructors. I pray any financial burdens that have arisen be resolved timely and easily.

go to your local butcher! have some tinned fish! smother your potatoes in ghee! revel in a healthy amount of fat on your body and stretch/walk regularly <3 sleep early and drink water all day long

Hello it’s the anon who was taking the expository writing class about food memories! I just finished my blog (that’s our final, a collection of our writing) and was given wonderful feedback by my professor in front of the class. Digging into food memories brought to the surface so many emotions, mainly joy and deeply missing the people who are no longer in my life. It was a very healing experience to write about it all for a quarter. Just wanted to let you know 🤍🧁🧿

omg yes hi!! thank you for the update this seems like SUCH a cool class and I love that you were able to experience and revisit such fond memories. 💕💞
