- Finally we have a region name: Paldea
- NEW POKEMON: Fidough, regional Wooper, Ceititan
- New Characters: Grusha the ice type gym leader, Clavell the director of the academy, Jacq the homeroom teacher, Arven the upperclassman, Penny from your grade
- WE RIDE THE LEGENDARIES LIKE MOTORCYCLES!! They can go up walls, swim, and fly.
- Three whole different storylines!! One is the gym challenge, but the rest are "full of surprises and discoveries".
- We can take on the gyms in any order!
- Entirely open world
- The academies also have names now: Naranja and Uva (orange and grape respectively.)
- The new battle mechanic is Terastal pokemon. Each individual pokemon has a different Terastal type which is gained and powered up on use. It also makes the pokemon stronger. It makes the pokemon crystalline with a crown befitting the type. It seems similar to Hidden Power types.
- There will also be raid battles with the new battle mechanic.
- There's a ridiculous amount of new models with differing body types.
- The pokedex looks like a library with different books about different pokemon.
- Up to 4 people can do co-op.

idrk the episode number or name but its the one (from jn ofc) where he goes back to oak's lab and sees all his old pokemon, hope that helps
