MFW teaching new folks how to brew beer/wine from home.

AW YES.

BTW, if you EVER have questions on brewing, I WILL answer them.

The one thing you need to know is this.

BREWING BEER AND WINE IS ACTUALLY REALLY EASY AND CHEAP.

I did the math, my tools cost around $80usd, maybe a bit more because I have some niche tools, (all reusable tools) and my materials cost around $40-50USD, for FIVE. GALLONS. of very tasty 15%ABV wine.

That is SIX DOLLARS a bottle, and the next batch is TWO. DOLLARS. A BOTTLE.

Seriously, if you like having a drink or two, you really aught to try it at least once.

Homebrewblr when?

Now, lmao.

Well I am gonna do a massive batch of prickly pear wine again soon

Once the blueberries and blackberries ripen up I’m gonna be making some mead this year

Great

I still have 2-3 gallons of watermelon. Trying to think what to do next. Also looking at some beer recipes.

Ooooh, if you had whoel watermelon, I’d have a thing for you, lacto-fermented.

I do use whole water melon. Certain times of the year you can find people selling them out the back of trucks from farms here and in Oklahoma. Will need to try that.
