Book Recommendation: No One Ever Asked by Katie Ganshert

Ironically one of the things I can’t control is people reposting my work without credit. I have no problem with people sharing or reposting my work here (or on their social media) and I always feel grateful and humbled to know my art resonates with others. Of course I would, just like any other artist, appreciate if people who share my work also credit me. Unfortunately that doesn’t always happen and me, or any other artist in that position can’t do much about it. Internet is just too big of a place to keep track of and often we just don’t have time to react so you just have to let it be. And people will always be doing whatever they want anyways so it’s kinda lost battle to begin with.
But, I am reblogging this to say big thank you to everyone who is so kind and thoughtful to notice when my work is being shared without credit. I really do appreciate you guys and I feel honored and blessed to know that you care enough to let me know and that you care about artists being credited for their work and that you just care. You are wonderful and your caring nature and kindness still make internet a wonderful place. I’m sending you all lots of love!
