How to do a perfect squat?
Squat is the very complex exercise include legs, thigh, glutes and lower abdomin. Remember all of your body large muscles include in this. That's why the physiological cost of squat is very high yet difficult to do. So it affect your body very fast.
For beginners, start with 30 second contain 12-15 repetition in one set.
Technique
Remember the correct technique is really important. If you're method of application is wronge, that will gain nothing to you.
1. Open your feet shoulder length apart.
2. Keeping your spine neutral thighs parallel to ground.
3. Push you buttocks down and out making the position of half sitting.
4. Your hands are in front of your chest.
" keep your head up, torso straight, and your core engaged as you squat, sending your hips back and down"

Found a problem in doing perfect squat
There are certain reason so one cannot do a perfect squat. The reason is weakness in prime mover muscle.
All you need to do is strengthen your muscles that particular muscles which include in it.
But how can you know that particular muscles?
Well, I'm going to tell. Don't rush.
Inflexible hip muscles
1. can't squat down because your muscles are stiff. "The hip muscles"
Hip muscles are not that flexible.
Cave in knee
2. Cave in knee is the major problem while performing squats. Leg muscles are week majorily "The glutes and abductor muscles"
Weak core muscles
3.Doing squat also need a proper strengthen and aligned upper body and core. Maintaining neutral spine is necessary
"Core muscle are weak if upper body lean forward"

What to do to overcome the problems?
• Strengthen your muscles
• Do stretches before performing exercise
• Strengthen your core
• Maintain neutral position of your spine
• Stretches your leg and hips muscles to increase their flexibility
• Do not overwhelmed yourself by doing tricky movements
• All you need to relax and breathe in and out
How to do perfect planks?
Plank is a core exercise of maintaining the position of push up for maximum time.
Plank is also a complex exercise involving different muscles of your body.
"The PERFECT EXERCISE" to
Change your mind, attitude, mood and posture.
Proper postion
1. Lie down on floor in a pre push up position
2. Keep your whole body straight
3. Lift your body upward with the help of forearm
4. Fully support your body with forearm and toes
5. Make sure your body will be straight from head to toe as possible
6. Squeeze your abdominal muscles by pushing inward
The proper application of technique is necessary. Otherwise, you're all in vain.
Hold the postion for 10 seconds in the beginning then increase the time when you become stronger. 30 seconds plank is good.
Problems in doing planks.
The problem facing in doing plank is common. Sometimes so don't correctly understand the technique will become the problem for us.
1. Your lower back feel pinched
Pinched lowerback is the sign of weak abs. Engage your abs.
Get yourself closer to the floor so, you can minimize the effect of gravity
2. Your abs are not stronger enough
Exhale the air in your stomach will help you to making your abs stronge. Squeeze your abdominal muscles while exhaling.
3. Your neck hurts
Your neck should not over flexed. I observe people flexing their neck to see down their position and it's a common mistake. Even I do in the beginning.
So keep your neck in neutral position. Avoid overflexion.
4. Aching wrist
Because of the weight on your hand you feel pain in your wrist.
Press your palm mat and make sure your shoulder blades move down to alleviate pressure.
Remember all the problem are related to the weak muscles and wronge application technique
Always try to do it in correct way.
For beginners, it'll be difficult for you but you'll learn yourself once you started.

Creamy mango biscuit recipe
1. Biscuits
Ingredient

Method
1. Take one large packet of any biscuit crushed them (I prefer chocolate chip biscuit). Add butter in the crushed biscuit and mix 'em well.
2. Take mango slices grind it. Add one packet of cream with mango. Grind it so mix it well.
3. In a bowl, first place a layer of biscuit. Then a pour the creamy mango layer on it.
4. Chop the nuts on it. Add chocolate chips on it.
5. Add two scoop of mango on the top for presentation.
