O/ Oggie comes from the same line of care droids as M, and despite what the letter-based naming scheme would imply, was one later built models.

I was just browsing in Sonic News Network looking for some trivia of old Sonic video games and classic characters when I came across the gallery of Fang the Sniper, where a was looking at some concept art made by Shinichi Higashi, creator of the character; and came across this concept art of how would Fang look like without his hat (labeled as unofficial):
And I thought that it was neat.
But in that very moment I noticed something familiar and I remembered that I saw something similar in the amazing Sonic the Hedgehog 30th Anniversary Special, in the pages where Fang appears, and that is:

And I’m like: WoW. They keep the hair!!!!
The amount of detail given by Ian Flynn and Aaron Hammerstrom for such a small but very cool detail and easter egg is amazing!!!! Bravo!!!
