I love sitting down to a Star Trek episode bc you never know what you're gonna get. Will it be a good science fiction concept? An interesting character based episode? The genuinely worst thing you've seen in your life? The genuinely worst thing you've seen in your life but my god it's entertaining?
The THING about it and I've said this before is that Jensen's acting and Misha's presence carried the show. And you can tell that the writers and the execs hated that because it wasn't supposed to be that way. Misha was supposed to get 3 episodes and then be written off; J*red was, until the very end, number one on the call sheet. But Jensen and Misha carried that show. So to see them fully ghosting it? And to know exactly why it's happening? That's vindication, baby
