only drawing types of bodies and people you find attractive will hold you back as an artist signifigantly this isnt a debate or a guilt trip its just that if you are an artist who specializes in figuaritive work you are going to be expected to understand how anatomy works, how bodies move and how weight is carried on the form and you are going to have a much harder time understanding that concept if you only draw the ideal body that exists in your mind over and over again
