No… I just legit don’t think smoking weed while camping is an adventure. It’s not an interesting or productive thing to do. It sounds fun and relaxing, sure, but like… it’s not an adventure. It’s kind of just you going on vacation. Seeing a fairly conventional, fairly minor vacation as an adventure seems… odd. It kind of suggests that your frame of reference automatically puts smoking weed in the category of ‘crazy time’, which doesn’t make much sense in an area where that’s a perfectly legal and easily accessible substance. Additionally, while going camping can be cool, it’s not that wild - it’s really just being outside for an extended period of time.

An adventure would generally be considered to be a series of events in which you experienced adversity while attempting to move towards a goal - often, the adversity comes from unexpected sources - generally, the events happen over more than a couple hours but less than a couple weeks - classically, the goal that you progress towards is as much an internal as an external one, and is revised over time - and, there is generally a set of companions that you experience this with.

Getting high in the woods, in and of itself, satisfies none of these criteria. It’s more in the category of ‘pleasant Saturday afternoon’ than anything else. That you think of it as an adventure seems to imply that you have no idea what an adventure is, and that getting high is the most interesting thing you do.

I hope you have a good evening dude. Maybe try to find a better coping skill to deal with your issues than bashing on other people’s fun times. Talk to someone about your shit rather than dumping on everyone else because if you were trying to piss me off, you succeeded. But I genuinely hope you don’t go ruin someone else’s day just because it’s fun for you or you’ve got shit going on that you don’t wanna deal with.
